ARPEGE : The different stages of your project with us!
For services, our platform offer to customers a wide range of cellular assays in order to characterize pharmacological targets and/or validate hits obtained by screening. The activity of ARPEGE facility is therefore positioned upstream and downstream of high throughput screening. Thanks to a liquid handling robot, our facility can also carry out small screenings (100 – 1000 molecules) for exploratory assays.

ARPEGE : Formation
The platform offers theoretical and practical training:
ARPEGE : Resources
The platform offers its customers different techniques based on the principles of fluorescence and resonance energy transfer (BRET, FRET, TR-FRET) for the study of molecular interactions.
In order to better understand these techniques and their uses, the platform staff has written a document bringing together the fundamental notions of fluorescence and resonance energy transfer. The principle of these techniques is illustrated through examples of protein-protein interactions.
